We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative & Residential Inspector to join our team. This role combines sales, customer service, and basic home inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs in residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell construction-related products and home repair services.

• Perform residential inspections to identify issues such as leaks, water stains, damaged paint, wall damage, mold, or other home repair needs.

• Provide professional recommendations and solutions to homeowners.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

• Document inspections and follow up with potential clients.
